3. Uploaded Images
If you upload a profile picture or company logo, it may be processed by your browser or our services to generate your email signature. You should only upload images that you have the right to use.
4. Resume Parsing and AI Processing
If you choose to upload a resume to auto-fill your signature details, the contents of your resume are sent to Google's Gemini AI to extract relevant information such as your name, job title, contact details, and company. This data is processed solely to populate your signature fields and is not stored by Singgo beyond what is necessary to complete this process. Use of this feature is optional, and you can choose to enter your details manually instead. Data sent to Gemini AI is subject to Google's own privacy and data handling practices.

Singgo may use cookies or similar technologies to maintain site functionality, understand how the service is used, and improve the user experience.
